Returns and withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 30 days to return the product.

You can also use the statutory withdrawal form or inform us in another clear way that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product from your home to the webshop.

You will be credited the full order amount, including the shipping costs of the original order. We will refund the amount due within 14 days after your withdrawal notice, once the product has been received back in good order or you have shown that the product has been returned.

During the 60-night sleep trial, you may use the pillow normally. You may sleep on it, adjust the height and wash the covers as you would during normal use.

For a return, we expect the complete package back: the pillow, all supplied covers, the removed filling and the adjustment guide. Pack everything carefully so that the package is not damaged during return shipping. Damage beyond normal use may result in a reduction in value.

The trial period is a voluntary additional service from OnePillow and is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal above. If you would like to return it, register your return through Returnless and state your order number.
