Product and comfort

What is a OnePillow® pillow made of?

Your OnePillow® pillow is filled with memory foam flakes. Although this material may initially feel firmer than lower-quality pillows, it softens under the influence of body heat and weight. This characteristic can make the pillow feel somewhat firm at first, but it is precisely what provides support. In addition, the pillow comes with two high-quality covers, each with its own benefits.

Which covers do I get with my OnePillow®?

The cooling cover is suitable for use in every season. One side has a cooling fabric, while the other side feels warm and soft. You can wash the 100% cotton hotel cover at 60 °C, and it is breathable like a regular pillowcase. You can also place the cotton cover over the cooling cover. Please note that the cooling effect is strongest when your skin is in direct contact with the cooling cover.

Do you really sell only one type of pillow?

The OnePillow® pillow is designed for different sleeping positions, whether you prefer to sleep on your stomach, side or back. You can adjust this adaptable memory foam pillow to your personal preferences. Open the outer and inner covers, remove some of the memory foam flakes and adjust the filling as desired. This lets you make the pillow thinner or thicker.

How do I wash my OnePillow® pillow?

The OnePillow® pillow comes with two covers. You can wash the cooling cover at 40 °C and the hotel cover at 60 °C. Always follow the care label and do not wash the inner pillow.

Returns

What conditions apply to the 60-night sleep trial?

You may try the pillow at home as you would normally use it, including washing the covers. This lets you experience at your own pace what sleeping with OnePillow® feels like.

Will I always receive a new pillow?

You will always receive a new and unused pillow. Fortunately, our return rate is very low. Pillows returned within the 60-night sleep-trial period go to charities or find their final destination in, for example, bed and breakfasts.
